About 3D and editing
What do you need to start a render?
The part's CAD file (STEP, IGES or the native format) or, if there is no file, photos from several angles with the main measurements. Color and finish references help match the real product.
How are the files delivered?
Images in PNG or JPG at the resolution each marketplace asks for, and animations in MP4, shared through a download link.
Do the images meet marketplace rules?
Yes. We follow each marketplace's rules for the main image, such as a pure white background and the product filling most of the frame on Amazon, and prepare the extra gallery images.
Do you also shoot photos and videos?
Photo and video shoots are only available in southern Brazil. For other countries, we work with 3D renders and with the photos and footage you send.
How long does it take?
It depends on the number of products, the views and whether there is an animation. The timeline is part of the written proposal.
