Do you run the account for us or train our team?
Both. We can take care of listings, ads and the daily routine, or set up the operation and train your team to run it. Many companies start with Nebular running the account and move to training later.
Which marketplaces do you work with?
Amazon (US, Canada and Mexico), Walmart Marketplace, eBay, TikTok Shop and Etsy in North America, and Mercado Libre, Amazon Mexico, Walmart Mexico and Falabella in Latin America. For your own store, Shopify and WooCommerce.
What is an account review?
An analysis of your marketplace account: account health, listings, prices, fees, shipping and advertising. We deliver a report with a task plan in order of priority and follow it up with you.
Do you handle storage and shipping?
We plan and configure fulfillment programs such as Fulfillment by Amazon, Walmart Fulfillment Services and Mercado Libre Full. Physical storage and shipping stay with the marketplace or your logistics partner.
Can you help us start selling in another country?
Yes. We prepare the catalog and listings in the local language and check each marketplace's rules for that country. Company registration, taxes and import rules need a local accountant or customs broker.
Do you work with auto parts companies?
Yes, many of our clients are in this industry. We know catalogs with vehicle fitment, OEM codes, kits and technical specifications.
