What we do
Six kinds of project
Some clients start with a simple website and, over time, turn it into a working tool. The structure is ready to grow from the beginning.
Company website
Company pages, services, products and contact. Fast, works on mobile and is prepared to show up on Google.
Catalog with a B2B area
Products or services by category, with search, and an area where approved resellers see your price list and send orders or quotes. For any industry.
Landing page
A single page for a campaign, a product or an event, connected to paid traffic and conversion tracking.
Online store
Your own store connected to inventory, shipping and payment providers. See e-commerce
Custom systems
Internal tools for orders, quotes, records, tasks and reports, with individual logins and role-based permissions.
Integrations
Marketplaces, ERPs, spreadsheets and email exchanging data on their own, with nobody copying and pasting between them.
Examples
What a system can do for your company
From the reseller catalog to systems designed for each kind of business.
Catalog with a reseller area
For manufacturers and distributors that sell to stores, dealers and sales representatives in any industry: auto parts, beverages, cosmetics, building materials, furniture, food. Anyone can browse the catalog; prices and orders stay in an area for approved resellers. Fields and rules adapt to the kind of product or service, and the system can be customized to whatever your operation needs.
- Search by code, category and application
- Reseller sign-up approved by your company
- Prices according to each customer's price list
- Orders or quotes sent through the website
- Versions in English, Spanish, Portuguese or any other language
Custom systems for your operation
Every company has its own way of working, and the system should follow it, not the other way around. Before writing code, we understand the process, who will use it and where information gets lost. Then we help decide what matters and what is worth building first.
- Manufacturing: orders, production orders and shipping
- Distribution: price lists, orders and sales representatives
- Services: scheduling, work orders and customer service
- Retail: inventory, sales and integration with marketplaces and ERP
- Associations: member records, billing and announcements
How the work happens today, who does each task and where the bottlenecks are.
What solves the most with the least effort, and what can wait for a second stage.
Each part goes into use as soon as it is ready and is adjusted with the people who use it.
How it works
From the first call to the system going live
Call
We understand the problem, who will use the system and what the company already has: domain, hosting, ERP, spreadsheets. If a simple website solves it, we say so.
Proposal
Scope, timeline, price and what is delivered at each stage, in writing. You approve it before we start.
Previews
We share clickable screens before writing code. Changes here cost little and avoid surprises at the end.
Build and launch
We build, test on mobile and desktop and publish on your hosting, with domain and email configured.
Follow-up
We train the people who will use it by video call and stay available for adjustments and support after delivery.
What comes with it
Delivered working, not just good-looking
Details nobody sees in the presentation, but that make a difference the day after launch.
- Domain and DNS configured
- HTTPS on every page
- Domain email set up to stay out of spam
- Automatic backups
- Google Search Console and visit tracking
- Light pages that load fast on mobile
- Accounts in your company's name
- Training for the people who will use it

Frequently asked questions
Before asking for a quote
How much does a website or a system cost?
It depends on the number of pages, who writes the content, the product catalog and the integrations. After a call, we send a written proposal with scope, timeline and price.
How long does it take?
The timeline is part of the proposal. Systems are delivered in stages, and your team can start using each stage while the next one is being built.
Where is the website hosted?
On your company's hosting, with the domain and access in your company's name. If you don't have hosting yet, we help you choose a provider close to your customers.
Who updates it after launch?
We agree on that in the proposal: your team can edit content, products and images on its own, or you hire maintenance from Nebular.
Does it work on mobile?
Yes. Every screen is designed for mobile first and then for desktop.
Can you integrate with the software we already use?
In most cases, yes. ERPs, marketplaces, payment providers and spreadsheets usually offer a way to exchange data. We check this on the first call.
Can the website be in more than one language?
Yes. We build multilingual websites and catalogs, with a separate address for each language so search engines show the right version in each country.
Is there a process that still depends on spreadsheets and messages?
Tell us how it works today. We tell you whether a system solves it and what the first stage would be.
